Reveal day for Scraptures.....

I love the 10th of the month... I get to show off scraptures kits and all that I have done with them...
This Kit was Prima - Blooming Retro....
1st I created this layout because I turn 35 this year... I have listed on the back 35 people and things that are important to me...














2nd a layout I created using a sketch from Sketchabilities I used Oct 15 sketch

and my 3rd and final layout I did a double page layout of My little Kevin eatting a juicy pomegranate.... My poor Mom's wall was covered with Pomegranate Juice.... OPPS...

Today I was at the Hamilton baby expo with Amanda from Inspire Marketing..

and let me tell you...that there is sooo sooo much out there for babies today... and I am soo soo glad that I am done with that stage of my life... Don't get me wrong I loved having an infant in the house... but I love the stage that the boys are at now ... along with helping out I got to meet some really nice people... Traci and Tracy from creative simplicity photography.....Laurel with OptiMom...although it was brief... I so can't wait to get to know you better...and Chris... from Kitestrings Marketing...... I wish I could twitter more often for you Chris.. but the blog is going to have to be enough for right now...
And now I have to create for the scraptures reveal.... it is in 4days..... ahhhh 4days...got get moving...

I am completely asphyxiated... with all the inspiration that floating around lately....

Sketchabilities......

Soooooo soooo very excited Karan at Sketchabilities... has granted permission for us at scraptures to use her sketches for our creative team projects and Challenges... One big reason I am soooooo soooo very excited is because Sketchabilities is a Canadian Company.....Yippie... stay tuned for March for my first use of Sketchabilities sketches...

February Project 12 Layout

I had a very relaxing weekend with some very good friends and new friends... we scrapbooked found out connections re the 6 degrees of separation... wow is that ever true...and celebrated life.. it was fun... I love going to crops and learning new things.. as I look at my project 12 last 2 months I am so glad that I have decided to do this project... well here is my layout for February... (I still have some journaling to do but as that is a private part of my life I am not going to be posting it) .....cant wait for the next few months to see how the rest of the year turns out with this project....

Wow.....

I am so looking forward to this weekend... I am going scrapbooking at a retreat with 2 of my girlfriends.... and I am so ready to get stuff done.. I have my pictures printed away we go... all weekend long...
the first thing on my list is the February project 12 layout... and this layout is going to be about Kurt and Mocha.... sooo excited..

I love this project 12... I am going to do it on the family as space out which month is for which family memeber... so the book is about family and not just one person... it is going to be great when it is done...
